Brief Description

To fulfill a need in Milad Tower area, the Milad Multi-Stroy car parking was designed and built by BolandPayeh Company. The capacity of the parking is 1,000 parking lots. The area of the building is 31,000 square meters and it has 5 levels.

Technical Specifications

To have a good consistency with Milad Tower, the structure of this parking was proposed to be in concrete type. The type of the structure is a bending frame one. The concrete form of all column and slab is the in-cast type. The precast pretension beam has a width of 15 meters for the free span and a hinge-type support at its end.
