BolandPayeh Company has been established to play the leadership role among stakeholders for implementing the civil and industrial projects with consideration of scientific, cultural, political and social evolutions. Such a fundamental role which is currently turned to the greatest competitive advantage of this company, as before the establishment of BolandPayeh, has governed my performance as a member of the engineering family. Playing the mentioned role is the major guideline of this group as a private company, under the governmental authorization of the country. Mr. Behrooz Noori Khajavi graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University (Amirkabir University of Technology) in 1974. His professional career began in 1973 as the head of the laboratory and geotechnical department at Tehran Berkeley Consulting Engineers, a position he held until 1975. Driven by an interest in construction and engineering consulting, he joined Lousan Engineering Company from 1975 to 1979, serving as a site manager on several cement plant construction projects and the Minab Dam.Subsequently, he became a member of the three-person executive board overseeing the development of ports in the Chabahar region, a role he fulfilled until 1980.
Recognizing the country's urgent need for development and infrastructure, he established the "Silo Construction Project" under the Jahad Sazandegi (Construction Jahad) organization in 1980, aiming to complete semi-finished silos across Iran. He was active in the construction divisions of the Jihad-e Sazandegi organization through the establishment of Jihad-e Tose'e and its affiliated companies until 1989. In 1989, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy and founded the "Iran Water and Power Resources Development Company (IWPCO)" to optimize the country's hydroelectric potential and expand water storage and transfer facilities. He served as CEO and Chairman of the Board until 1992.
His efforts led to the initiation and expansion of Iran's silo construction industry, reducing reliance on foreign design and construction. This achievement has been acknowledged in statements by the Supreme Leader during meetings with professionals across various industries. Additionally, the construction of dams and power plants during the first decade of the Islamic Revolution laid the foundation for the nation's infrastructure.
He also served for eight years on the High Technical Council of the Planning and Budget Organization, playing a strategic role in shaping the country's technical and executive systems.
Since 1992, he has been active in the private sector, focusing on strategic services to enhance the role of private entities within Iran's technical and executive framework. His most recent position is Chairman of the Board at Boland Payeh Engineering Company.
