Brief Description

BolandPayeh scope of work in this contract is all the structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and civil except roof and façade works of Naghsh-e Jahan Football Stadium, with a capacity of 75,000 seats.

Technical Specifications

Naghsh-e Jahan Football Stadium has an oval shape with two main levels. The capacity of the first level is 42,000 seats and the second level has 33,000 seats. The area of the stadium platform is 103,000 square meters (350×300). The stadium has a specific route of about one kilometer long. The grand stands of the spectators were built by precast concrete members.

The general utilities of the stadium are as follow:

Specialized Drainage system of the field
Four entrance gates for the spectators
Tartan track and field for the Olympic games
The specific fields for 7 types of sports
Marathon tunnel of about 110 meters long
Service and administration area in the “Event Level” of the stadium

including team office area, referee locker rooms, coach locker rooms, 4 sport team locker rooms, 2 disabled team locker rooms, clinic, doping test room, police room and storage room.
